Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple guests reported dirty carpets, sandy couches, grime in showers and tubs, and spot-cleaning only; one guest noted a mild musty/mold-like odor on arrival despite overall cleanliness.

Service

Service was mixed but largely positive: several guests praised helpful, sweet staff, though a few reported rude front-desk behavior and difficulties with an in-unit pest-spraying issue that required repeated intervention.

Location

Location was frequently praised—close to beach, shops and offering excellent ocean views and landscaping; many reviewers cited location as a key positive.

Room Quality

Rooms are described as outdated and in need of renovation by multiple reviewers; some units (e. g. , penthouse) were noted as comfortable and beautiful, but others had old, uncomfortable furniture and worn fittings.

Amenities

Amenities like in-room kitchens, laundry facilities, pool and pleasant outdoor spaces were appreciated; some negatives include paid gym access, parking run by an outside company, and a jacuzzi that could be hotter.

Value for Money

Several guests noted the hotel offered good/affordable pricing compared to nearby options and good value for the stay, especially for locals.
